SHIPPING POLICY
Most items ship the same day, however, some orders may take up to 48 hours, depending on the time the order is received (Excluding Weekends and Holidays). All packages are insured by the carrier for the purchase amount. Certain carriers assess additional charges for package dimension (oversized) or remote delivery area. *****This order system may not always calculate the exact shipping cost. In the case of additional freight charges, you will be notified and asked to approve these charges prior to order shipment. In the event of damage in transit, please keep the original packaging and notify us immediately so that we may arrange for product replacement and retrieval of the damaged goods.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of your invoice ship date, with the exception of DLP replacement lamps and Projector Lamps. Lamps are exchange only. No Refunds. Any other item(s) purchased that are defective will be exchanged. Return shipping to us is the responsibility of the customer. <b>Service Manuals are not returnable. </B>
You must email us the Return Authorization Request form (click here) to obtain a return authorization (RA#) within 30 days from the date of the original invoice. The merchandise must be in new, sellable condition (with the exception of defect), complete with all original contents including owners manual, warranty registration, etc. and in the original manufacturer packaging. A restocking fee will apply to all non-defective returns. We will refund your purchase price minus the restocking fee or you may apply the net amount to another purchase. An additional charge will be added for missing, damaged product or incomplete items. No returns on special or custom order items.

****Important!****Before returning any merchandise, you must first obtain a return authorization number (RA). Please specify the reason for the return and include your name, a contact phone number, and the original invoice number.
Merchandise received without the RA Number printed clearly on the outside of the package will be refused.</p>
