If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return, replace or exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date.  

All items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered packaging and must include all packaging material, manuals and accessories. Returns without complete manufacturer packaging will not be accepted.

General Return & Exchange Guidelines

All returns and exchanges by mail require an Return Merchandise Authorization, RMA. Prior to sending us your return please email sales@needleguy.com or call us at 440-334-1840, ask to speak to the orders department and request an RMA number. Please be sure to include your name, phone number, order number in the email as well as the item(s) part number you are returning with a brief explanation.

Once you receive a RMA number, please follow the RMA instructions. 

Refunds & Credits

Once we have received and inspected your item(s), a refund will be made on the original purchase price and issued to same method of payment used in the original transaction. Please note: shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

If all conditions stated are not met, Needleguy.com reserves the right to refuse the return, charge a minimum 20% restocking fee or issue a store credit. Buyer agrees our decision is final.

Damaged & Defective Items

If you receive a defective item please follow the procedure above in General Return & Exchange Guidelines and a customer representative will be in contact with you. 

Any item(s) damaged in transit must be notified to us within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise. Please include a description and pictures of damaged items/packaging in email and note your order number and “Damaged in Shipment” in the subject line.

Non-returnable items are clearly marked on product page and at checkout prior to the completion of your order. Special orders, closeouts and final sales are also non-returnable. All products are carefully inspected before shipping. No refunds or exchanges for products altered, customer abuse or broken from improper installation.


Once a shipment has been notated as “Delivered” Needleguy.com has no further responsibility for loss or misdelivery of package. Please contact carrier for information. No refunds for packages deliverd to wrong address or shipped to an address provided by buyer that is incorrect.
