DOMESTIC ORDERS: USPS 1st Class mail and Priority Mail are available for all US domestic orders. ALL packages shipped via USPS have been printed with trackable delivery confirmation numbers which are scanned along the way by the USPS, except free shipping. All orders are usually shipped the same day, Monday – Friday.
IMPORTANT: USPS Delivery Tracking Numbers are assigned to every package we ship, emailed to you and are searchable at usps.com When scanned by the USPS at its destination, we and the USPS consider that package delivered. USPS has GPS location available that will show exactly where it was delivered. If your package shows it was delivered but you did not receive it, contact you local post office with the tracking number and they can usually verify where it was actually delivered. In the event of a delay or a lost package (it happens) we will gladly make it right. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery before asking for a lost order to be replaced. The USPS can be very slow. We guarantee you will receive your order!
Free shipping is available however tracking information or insurance may not be provided. If your package is lost, damaged or delivered to the wrong address WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY! Buyer assumes all risk.
Refused orders will not be refunded until the package is delivered to us by USPS. Delivery can take several weeks and have no control over how long the return process takes by USPS. Refused orders will incur a 35% restocking fee and shipping fees are not refundable. Refused or undeliverable International orders will incur a 50% handling fee and shipping charges are NOT refundable. Buyer is also responsible for all Import and Exprt tariffs, NO EXCEPTIONS! ALL CANCELATIONS MUST BE BY TELEPHONE ONLY, 216-245-2547. DO NOT EMAIL A CANCELATION!
If you have ordered the wrong part you have 20 days from date of purchase to complete your return. Parts must be in original unopened condition. Returns after 20 days will not be accepted and no adjustments whatsoever can be made after 20 days. All returned items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns for “buyers remorse” or “no longer wanted or needed” are not returnable. Defective returns are replaced with the same product, no exceptions. Please call (216) 245-2547 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization before shipping any parts back to us. If an additional purchase is made to replace the wrong part ordered the restocking fee will be waived. Shipping charges are not refundable.Packages lost by our shipping carrier will be replaced free of charge. Please allow 20 days to complete the process. Your claim will be sent to the shipping carries for reimbursement. Once claim is paid we will replace your order at no charge. It is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If the provided address is incorrect and the package is lost we are not liable and no repacement or refund will be offered.
We do not include shipping in the product cost to deceive the buyer! Shipping IS NOT free and never has been. For example the item cost is $8.95 + $6.00 shipping. Retailers will charge $14.95 and advertise shipping is free! I’m sure you get the idea. Sure it sounds good but that’s not how we do business. We do offer free shipping but it is not built into the price. We absorb the cost. Why? We want return business, it’s that simple!
INSURANCE: All orders with USPS tracking are insured by us at no extra charge. Free shipping is not insured.
WARRANTY: We offer a 1 year warranty on ALL of our replacement tires, belts and tape deck belts kits. If you have any failure of these belts you MUST return the belt(s) to us along with a copy of the original purchase invoice and we will replace the belt(s) at no charge.
PACKING: We pack non-breakable orders (belts) in padded envelopes. Any larger or breakable items are packed in boxes.
PRIVACY: We respect your privacy. All information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties, or reused without your consent. We do not store your information or send out mass emails. Your credit card data is between you and your bank. We have access only to your order, not to the credit card number you provided to purchase it. Credits for returns are processed through your bank. We have no access or control over your bank’s policies regarding how long it takes for a return credit to be processed on your credit card statements.
